My goal in writing this Guide is to help players new to Civ 5's turn-based strategy and those playing on lower difficulties to improve their game and get more enjoyment out of it.

They are much weaker in the Ancient Era and gradually scale up to 100% of normal by Atomic. A patch was released on that reduces Warmonger penalties based on Era. Carl's Civ 5 Strategy Guide for Brave New World and Gods & Kings DLC : 10 Leader Guides are undone, but the rest of the guide is 95%+ complete.
